I would like to sublet a room .I only can answer messages from PREMIUM members because I m a basic member. Beautiful spacious room to rent to non-smoker (preference girls) in Central Geneva near main train station (3 minutes walking distance) but still in a very quiet place and stilish building althoug it' s really center. UN offices (4 minutes by tram) fully furnished in a 2 rooms apartment for short or medium term stay (some nights,weeks, or months, 6 months maximum).Flat to share to another student. WIFI.Rue Voltaire.A caution is required.Common areas : - fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge,microwave, etc. - bathroom, - washing machine(inside the building) (a card will be provided) - toilet. Condition: 1 amount deposit (I accept your proposition) + rental for 1 CLEAN person only. The rent includes: High Speed internet,electricity, heating, water, iron table, etc.

In my apartment there are two rooms, one bathroom (WC, shower, washbasin), fitted kitchen with fridge and a freezer. Bedding is provided.

Towels can also be provided.
